Janet Mushall | President

Janet Mushall was born and raised in Brown Deer, WI. After graduating from Brown Deer High School, she was employed in a healthcare executive search firm in Milwaukee for twenty years. Upon the closing of that firm, she transferred to Concordia University where she worked in the pharmacy school and presently in the business school. She and her husband Mark were blessed with three beautiful girls who are the love of their lives.
December 22, 2015 she received the tragic news no parent ever wants to hear that her oldest daughter Meghan had stage 4 breast cancer. The six months following her diagnosis were the worst days of the family’s lives and Meghan slipped quietly into the arms of our Dear Lord on July 2, 2016. The love and support of our family and friends have helped us through these most difficult times in our lives. To honor my daughter, what a better way to support other families who are touched by a tragic diagnosis than to be there for them.
Meghan’s Mission, a non-profit that we started in her name, will do just that. There is nothing that Meghan would have wanted more than to help children and families in need.
Abby DeBarge | Treasurer

Abby DeBarge was born and raised in Brown Deer, WI. Abby graduated from Brown Deer High School and received her B.A. in Elementary Education at Concordia University. Abby is currently working in Sales for Compass Minerals. She met her husband, Brian, in high school and they currently live in Oconomowoc, WI with their two young children, Brianna and Brooks.
December 22, 2015 Abby explains as one of the worst days of her life. Her sister Meghan had been diagnosed with stage four invasive ductal carcinoma which she fought for six months. After Meghan’s fight ended on July 2, 2016, Abby knew she wanted to honor her sister the best way possible. The outpouring of love and support from family, friends and the community was a driving force for Abby to create a mission honoring Meghan.
Meghan’s Mission is Abby’s passion and she is willing to do whatever it takes to take the pain out of others with an unthinkable cancer diagnosis. Abby deeply hopes and prays that Meghan’s Mission can assist in offering a bright light to families struggling through a similar journey that she went through with Meghan and her family. Abby is proud of Meghan’s Mission and everything it is and will become.
Bryant Rapp | Secretary

Bryant Rapp was born in Brown Deer, WI and graduated from Brown Deer High School. Bryant furthered his education at UW-LaCrosse graduating with a B.A. in Sports Management. Bryant has been working in the banking industry for the past thirteen years.
Bryant and Meghan met at Brown Deer High School and the rest was history. Bryant states that he had the honor to call Meghan his wonderful wife for eight wonderful years and was a part of her life for sixteen years. Bryant states that watching what cancer did to his wife and how it affected everyone around them is something that will be ingrained in him forever.

Meghan’s Mission gives us the opportunity to help families that are going through one of the worst things imaginable. Any light that we can bring into their lives is a blessing. Bryant is pleased that this organization can continue to grow and help others in the name of an incredible woman that so many love and miss dearly.
